Returns & Exchanges

Refund/Exchange: We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return it for a refund or size exchange, please submit a return request within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

Step 1: Submit a Return Request within 30 days of your original order date.

Step 2: Once we receive your request, you will receive confirmation and instructions on how and where to return your items. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Returns Policy & Process

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 30 days of original dispatch in unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.

All items must be securely wrapped, including our delivery slip, at your risk and cost.

The Sting exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend using registered post, as Sting does not take responsibility for items not received via non-registered mail.

If you do not return the goods to us, you are still liable for the cost.

Please allow 14 working days from when your return is received by us for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.

We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

Mouth Guards and Groin Guards are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons.

Mouth & Groin Guards

Due to hygiene issues, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any Mouth & Groin Guards. If these items are deemed faulty, they will be replaced by Sting Sports.

Customised Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customisation, unless they have been found faulty after examination by our Product Assessments team.

Please choose your customisation details carefully and retain your confirmation notice for reference.

If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your item contrary to your instructions, we will gladly replace it.

We do not accept returns of customised items if a customer changes their mind before, during, or after the customisation process.

Faulty Items

If the item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Sting will replace or repair the item at our discretion and return it free of charge.

If deemed not faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this category.

If You Change Your Mind

Sting is unable to accept items where tags have been removed, or which have been customised, worn (other than for fitting), used, or washed.

Change-of-mind returns only apply to items in resalable condition. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Sting will either exchange the item or refund the amount less the original freight charges.

Incorrect Customer Information Provided

A redelivery fee will be charged for any orders returned due to incorrect information provided.

Incorrect Colour

If the colour you received is different from the item you purchased, Sting will cover re-delivery charges.

Please note: Colours shown on screens may not exactly match the physical goods and are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card.

A copy of your Sting tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
