Order Processing

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Custom Orders

Custom products are made to your specifications and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.

Estimated delivery: 6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Standard Delivery Within the UK

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

UK Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders over £50.
• Orders under £50 incur a flat shipping fee of £5.95.

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

It is recommended to set up "Signature Only" delivery with your Carrier or set up a pick location if you are likely to be unavailable on the day of delivery. STING will not be responsible for stolen packages that have been designated to be left without a signature.

International Deliveries

Shipping to overseas destinations vary country to country and these at times are out of our control. We have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country of residence. You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country of residence. We suggest you contact your local customs and quarantine department to understand what laws and procedures you need to follow, and any applicable charges you need to pay to receive these goods. 

Sting ships to the following European countries, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and Greece.

Sting offers free shipping to any of those countries above for orders over £100 in total value. All orders under £100 in total value will incur a flat rate shipping charge of £14.95 to any of the European countries mentioned above.
Shipping costs will be added to your order just prior to the point of payment in the shopping process. Should you choose to check out in Euros, the amount will be converted to Euros at the time of checkout.
